George has been working in IT for 19 years. He has started his career as a system administrator. After holding a position of editor of PC Magazine Bulgaria he continued to work as a system architect and administrator for various web projects across Europe as well as in Russia. George is currently specializing in optimization and fine tuning of web-based high performance systems. He runs a clustered hosting located in Europe.

Serguei has over 15 years of experience in IT, his career up to this day was primarily focused on web development. He has extensive knowledge of Russian segment of the Internet, he also took part in several European web portal projects. Serguei is specializing in development of custom load balancing applications for high performance web portals, including architecture optimization, design and environment planning for high levels of web traffic, and overall increased system stress resistance.

Dmitry has more than 20 years of experience in IT industry. He is originally from Moscow, Russia, has worked both sides of the ocean in trans-national software development teams and later leading projects that involved cross-border participation.

During dot-com era he was engaged in development of one of the first Internet portals in Russia. Internet development, network and system administration and various application development projects have seen him through the years until he picked up a position in an international financial software corporation, a position that moved him across the Atlantic and settled him in the United States.

From this moment on his role in projects turned towards coordination and product management, leading developer teams in Eastern Europe, working with customers in the US and across the globe. Dmitry knows how to make sure that desires and needs of our customers are implemented in software solutions. His strong experience greatly benefits Eastlake Crossing.

Vitaly has a long and vast experience in IT product development. His primary specialization is electronic publishing. He has established a fully outsourced production cycle of scientific magazines publication in partnership with American Geophysical Union in early 90's which has successfully continued for over 15 years. All major stages of publication production cycle were outsourced to teams and companies in Russia including translation, image processing, style and typesetting software, online repository of articles, etc.
